The Power of Prayer

Rejoice in the Lord always. Do not
be anxious about anything, but in
everything, by prayer and petition, with
thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
(Philippians 4:4,6)

God is using Pumpkin House to heal hearts,
minds, and bodies. We understand that we
have been given a heavy responsibility. The
work that we do, puts us in direct contact
with true suffering, and the weight of this
suffering would easily devastate our resolve
to carry out our mission if it weren’t for
the power of prayer. Through prayer, God
gives us direction, comfort, and the will to
continue building his kingdom.
